(Springfield, TN) -- Some good Samaritans are being credited with chasing off an attempted kidnapping suspect.
The "Smokey Barn News" is reporting that police arrested Willie Buford a short time after the attack that happened in the parking lot of a Walmart in Springfield yesterday morning. A female victim received cuts to the hand after being threatened with a knife. Customers in the parking lot heard her scream and chased him away.
