(Maury Co., TN) -- Kidnapping suspect Tad Cummins is being considered a flight risk and will remain in custody until he is extradited back to Tennessee.
Cummins is charged in the disappearance of Maury County teenager Elizabeth Thomas. Thomas was found at a cabin in a rural area of northern California last week after an AMBER Alert was issued for her on March 14th. A judge in a Sacramento, California, courtroom made the ruling yesterday.
