How is Laser One different from their competitors?
Laser One offers the best supplies, service and equipment for printing, copying and faxing. We provide bundled services to maximize savings, and because we remanufacture the toner supplies, we’re able to provide a greater value than our competitors.

How much can I expect to save using Laser One’s services?
For supplies, expected savings is 10-50% over a new OEM (original equipment manufacturer) cartridge, depending on the model.
If you’re looking to save in your entire printing/copying/faxing environment, our Managed Print Services programs can save you about 10-50% of your entire printing costs, depending on your current printing practices. Printing inefficiencies that are typically overlooked include lost productivity, unstandardized equipment models, and unbalanced deployment.
Are remanufactured Cartridges reliable?
Both OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and remanufactured cartridges have been found to use new and recycled components and contain equivalent grams of toner. In our opinion, and the opinions of our happy customers, both have the same quality and performance. In fact, most manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard and Lexmark have programs to remanufacture their own cartridges. The difference is that Laser One’s cartridges are much less expensive, not to mention better for the environment. We update our Production Quality Report monthly. Just call us to request a copy.
My printer needs service. Does Laser One do that?
Yes, Laser One has an outstanding service department. We are certified on just about every Hewlett Packard laser device, as well as Kyocera Mita (including Copystar). We also work on many Lexmark and Canon machines.

Does my printer warranty become void if I use a remanufactured cartridge?
No, it will not void the printer warranty. According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act states that under no circumstances may the manufacturer of the printer deny you service that would otherwise be covered by your warranty due to the use of non OEM cartridges. Furthermore, we stand behind any cartridge we produce at Laser One, and would simply fix your printer free of charge if anything ever happened.
Does a Laser One remanufactured cartridge have the same yield as a new OEM cartridge?
You are guaranteed to receive as many prints from one of our cartridges as you would from the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) cartridge. If you don’t, just let us know and we will fix it.
How do I get my cartridges?
We have next day delivery for the Nashville/Davidson County area for our brand of Laser One cartridges; OEM brand supplies or delivery areas outside Davidson County may take a day or two longer.
