C. Edward Fowlkes, the program anchor, practices general law and is the author of "The Book On DUI." Ed's law firm, "Lawyer Fowlkes," handles the general practice of law, primarily limiting his practice to criminal defense, personal injury, social security disability and worker's compensation law. Ed majored in Psychology at the University of Tennessee, and graduated from the Nashville School of Law in 1977. He has published "The Book on DUI" and is currently working on his second book, containing motions and briefs, as well as an update of DUI cases from 1999 to the present.

Steve "Money Talks" Lefkovitz is the newest member of the "Legally Speaking" panel, but has over 27 year's experience in business, commercial, corporate and consumer bankruptcy cases. His law firm, Lefkovitz and Lefkovitz, in Nashville, handles cases related to bankruptcy and insolvency law in both state and federal, trial and appellate courts. His practice primarily focuses on financial modeling and restructuring, both on an individual and business level, and has handled over 28,000 cases.
Steve is a native of Cookeville, Tennessee. He graduated from Tulane University in 1975, and earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1977. His father is also an attorney.
